Five Foods Can Be Difficult Sleeping Beauty

If sometimes have difficulty sleeping, maybe not uncommon among us immediately grabbed some snacks as a solution for fast asleep.

But be careful, there are some foods that can actually complicate your deep sleep.

Reporting from Caring Sunday (4/1), some of these foods can impair quality of our rest at night. 


First is that bacon is preserved. Ham, bacon, sausage, and smoked meats contain high levels of amino acids. This triggers the brain to release norepinephrine, a brain stimulus that makes us feel alert.

Second, brown. Many people have actually been more sensitive to caffeine, mainly due to aging. Even small pieces of chocolate in the ice cream is quite capable of preventing you from sleeping. Chocolate also contains amino acids and tyrosine.


Third, energy drinks. Due to energy drinks have high caffeine content and amino acid taurine which can increase a person's alertness and adrenaline. It is no wonder people can awake all night all night after consuming energy drinks.

Fourth tomato sauce and chili, pizza, and spicy foods. Indigestion is a common source of insomnia. Sour and spicy foods can cause reflux, heartburn and other symptoms that can interfere with restful sleep.

Fifth, one or two drinks may make you feel more relaxed after dinner. But a few hours later the drink can make you have trouble getting a good night's sleep.
