Want to Lose Weight? Lower Room Temperature

Researchers from University College London found the unique facts. They concluded that obesity in humans is related to the temperature of the house they occupy. Increasingly warm temperatures home, the tendency of obesity increases.
"The way we eat and our lifestyle is the greatest influence on our weight. But there are other significant factors, such as temperature," said epidemiologist named Fiona Johnson who led the study, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
There are several reasons that links temperature and weight. The first reason, cold temperatures can increase the amount of brown fat which serves to burn calories. The other reason, when our bodies are exposed to cold, the body undergoes biological changes to prevent body temperature decreases. The amendment increases the body's metabolism.
However, you do not need to be silent in the refrigerator. Researchers from the University of Hokkaido in Japan concluded that spent two hours per day at a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius environment for six months will lose body fat by 5.2 percent and increase the activity of brown fat by 58 percent.
