Beans such as kidney beans or black beans are one of the best ways to increase your intake of soluble fiber, magnesium, and potassium body. All of these nutrients is an excellent material to lower blood pressure and improve overall health.

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin E, folic acid, protein, and fiber. Only a handful of sunflower seed consumption, will help lower blood pressure and promote heart health.

Sunflower seeds secrete peptides that inhibit the production of enzymes that can increase blood pressure. So start is chew a little more salt and sunflower seeds to improve your health.
