Hours Right for You Eat

We know that we should eat when hungry. In fact, the time you eat often chaotic. Actual hunger signals may often you ignore the urge to eat is not on time.

Therefore, you need to reset the time is right for eating. The following guidelines and tips that you can apply, as reported from Timesofindia, Saturday (07/11/2015).

Breakfast

Learn to breakfast 30 minutes after waking. The ideal time for breakfast is 07:00 and 10:00 at the latest. Make sure you have protein in your breakfast meal.

Lunch

The ideal time for lunch is 12:45. If not familiar with the time, trying to keep the interval between breakfast and lunch time still four hours each day. What is important to note also, do not delay lunch until four in the afternoon.

Dinner

The ideal time for dinner is before seven. You should give pause of three hours between dinner and bedtime you. Do not delay dinner from 10 pm, because eating close to bedtime can interfere with sleep quality.
