Osteoarthritis Can Be Prevented with It

"Weight loss is not ideal as we know are directly related to unhealthy eating patterns. To prevent or reduce the progression of OA, I usually advise patients to reduce food portions, not the type of food because they generally do not have restrictions," he added.
