According to the Chairman of the Food Pergizi Indonesia, Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Hardinsyah, MS, omega 3 and omega 6 is a type of polyunsaturated fat that can not be produced by the body. Thus, the type of fat, it is very important for the body.
