Soybeans, Kena Women Avoid Osteoporosis

During menopause women already experiencing declining health condition. Usually they are susceptible to osteoporosis and other diseases that are difficult to predict.
In order to avoid it, you should regularly consume soy contains isoflavones since his youth. Therefore handful of soy beans are rich in protein and isoflavones.

Researchers at the University of Hull, United Kingdom examined 200 female respondents who had experienced early menopause, then given daily supplements containing 66 mg of soy protein with isoflavones or soy protein supplements just for six months.

The researchers then studied the changes in female bone activity by measuring certain proteins (ICTX and P1NP) in their blood.
They found that women who diet with soy isoflavones have ICTX lower levels than women who eat soy usual.

"Women who choose soy protein with isoflavones also found to have a decreased risk of cardiovascular disease than those who eat soy usual," said Thozhukat Sathya- quoted Timesofindia, Wednesday (04/11/2015).

Just a note, osteoporosis is a common condition in which the bones become fragile. Women often experience this problem because of the effect of a decrease in estrogen production as he has faced periods of menopause.
