Some Ways to Quit Smoking

For those who are trying to quit smoking, Dr. Theresia Sandra, MPH reveals several ways to help active smokers to quit smoking.
These ways include, as follows:

1. Be strong intention to quit smoking. For someone who is already addicted to cigarettes, stop smoking it will be very difficult. The first step that must be done if you decide to quit smoking is to strengthen the will and determination to quit smoking.

2. Keep in support of the family. Get support from family and close friends to quit smoking, ask them to remind the dangers of smoking to health every time the urge to smoke comes again.

3. Give yourself time targets, in order to really be able to quit smoking.

4. Avoid the habit to provoke curiosity smoke. Some habits that can provoke the urge to smoke such as coffee, alcohol and staying up late.

5. Find a flurry to avoid self desire to smoke. Fill in the blank with activities that are more useful activities, such as exercising and others.

6. Drink more water. By eating lots of water, will make cigarette toxins in the body is reduced. White water is useful as a substance detoxification of harmful substances from cigarettes.

7. Busy yourself after eating. Many smokers who after eating them prefer to smoke cigarettes, but is avoided by brushing your teeth or eating fresh fruit.
