Although readily available in the supermarket, there are still many people who know the benefits okra bellum. Antioxidants are also promoting the neutralization of free radicals in the eye, which cause damage to cells in the body that is responsible for macular degeneration and cataracts. It also helps nourish the eyes to prevent eye disease.
"Interestingly, okra not only be treated as food for these benefits, but can also be applied to the face for a local effect," said Pinchasov.
"The best way to do this is to boil the okra until soft, then use a fork to melumatkannya until smooth. Apply to your face for four to six minutes for the skin smooth and fresh."
