Drinking enough fluids
Keeping the body hydrated is very important, especially when the body is not fit and throat irritation or inflammation. Drink enough water so that your urine looks pale yellow or clear. This can make the mucus membranes moist and able to fight bacteria and irritants. In addition to water, you can also meet with the body fluids of hot tea or hot soup.
