6 Reasons Why You Should Wake Up Healthy Morning

Waking up early may not directly lead to improved health, but it can help people adapt to healthy habits that can help improve their lives overall.

"I found that early risers are better able to make healthier life choices," said Jeff Sanders, author of The 5 AM Miracle.

"They are more likely to exercise in the morning, eat a healthy breakfast, and have time for reading, yoga, prayer, meditation, or other healthy habits."

If you're looking for a reason to start getting up in the morning, following six health benefits that can be taken into consideration.

1. You Will Be Hooked to Exercise

According to Women's Health, a study presented at the annual meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies LLC found that early risers tend to not miss the sport.

"As happened to me, my clients, and other early risers. If you do not exercise in the morning, were significantly less likely to not exercise at all," said Sanders.

"So, get used to the exercise routine every morning will be very useful for increasing energy, strength, and more."

2. Breakfast is Better

"If ever oversleep, you definitely prefer to take the donuts as the journey instead of preparing a healthy breakfast," said Sanders.

One study from Northwestern University found that people who sleep late at night to eat twice as much fast food and half the amount of fruits and vegetables than people who sleep early.

A study published in the journal Emotion found that early risers happier.

Although the function of each individual body has different clocks, most people work best when they are synchronized to the rhythm sleep natural biological clock.
