Simple Ways to Detox the Body

Needless to fasting sugar salt or setting up certain types of juice to drink. Some simple ways helps the body get rid of toxins that interfere  lemon with health.

Dr. Frank Lipman, founder and director of the fitness company Be Well said, "There are simple ways you can do daily to improve heart function and reduce the accumulation of toxic products in the body," said Lipman.


Start the day with a lemon
As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of warm water with fresh squeezed lemon. This will give the body a hydrating electrolytes in the form of potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

During the night, the body is dehydrated due care of the detoxification process, so it is important to moisten back shortly after waking.

Lemon water also helps your liver to produce more enzymes that aid digestion and encourage the liver to clean out toxins.

Vitamin C in the lemon juice, the amount of antioxidant, protects the body against free radicals and strengthens the immune system.


Plenty to eat broccoli or cauliflower
Filling plates with food that is rich in sulfur, such as onions, garlic, and vegetables, including broccoli, kale, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and cauliflower can reduce chronic tissue inflammation associated with heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.

"These foods are high in antioxidants, which support the body's ability to fight the poison," said Lipman.


Remove dead skin
Several times a week before the shower, rub your skin dry with a soft bristle brush or scrub.

Skin brushing in a dry state has two major benefits: "It helps your skin slough off old cells, eliminates clogged pores and allows the skin to sweat freely," said Lipman.

"It also stimulates blood circulation under your skin, which helps promote cell renewal and vitality."

Tea contains dandelion or milk thistle to improve liver function, helps to reduce the buildup of toxins in the network.

In a review study of the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, researchers found that the herb tea may help improve liver function, protect against cell damage and stimulate repair liver tissue.

Cancer research and states that milk thistle in tea can strengthen cell walls to prevent toxins from the outside in, stimulate the enzyme that makes the poison becomes weak, and block free radicals that attack the cells.
