A study showed that early risers generally makes the body leaner, healthier, and happier. It proves the old adage that says 'Early bird catches the worm'.

Move
Although there is no best time to exercise, mornings seem to have an advantage. You can move your body in the morning due to a slight conflict of other activities such as meetings, school work and so forth. According to researchers from Harvard University, a healthy breakfast can keep the cholesterol, making the body more responsive to insulin (and help protect against type 2 diabetes), improve performance related to memory, minimizing snacking and overeating.



In addition, those who eat breakfast consume more types of nutrients to include more fruits, vegetables, dairy and grains than those who skip breakfast.

In a breath-In
The average person takes 23,040 breaths a day. But how much of that breath is relaxed?

Commitment to two minutes of deep breathing and meditation each day has great benefits for your body (both physically and mentally). This will activate the parasympathetic nervous system which helps lower blood pressure, heart rate and reduces stress.

Only by closing your eyes and focus, taking a deep breath and exhale. You can do this on a bus, train or waking.

Consistent
Wake up at the same time each day will stabilize the body's biological clock that helps regulate hormone controlling appetite levels, stress, and blood sugar.

Oversleep or sleep too late to make you get rid of this hormone. This not only affects your energy level, but also can lead to overeating, increase the risk of chronic health conditions.

rehydration
When you sleep for a long period of time, normal for the body to lose moisture. That's why the water when you wake up very plausible.

However, not with hot water and lemon are often touted to speed up the metabolism, detoxification and helps digestion. Worse, it can actually damage the email on your teeth.
