Sugar from fruit Good reasons for Iftar

Iftar suggested preceded sweet foods to replace lost blood sugar. Unfortunately, not all foods containing sugar, sweet food friendly for enthusiasts or those concerned with weight. Best sugar is natural sugar from the fruit.

Fruits contain natural sugars healthy. Fruit, like dates, have believed and recommended by the experts as a good meal to break the fast.
